1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
Australia Delivery: This is our only shipping option for orders within Australia. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
International Shipping: This is our only shipping option for orders outside of Australia. Delivery time will vary depending on your location, but may typically arrive within 14-30 days.
3. Shipping Rates
Australia Delivery: $26.00 per order.
International Shipping: $80 per order..
4. Order Processing
Orders are not processed until Stripe has released your payment to us, this typically takes 3 business days. Therefore, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.
5. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Alan in the first instance on 0493 565 164. You may return boots that are non-soiled, still in unworn, brand new condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
6. Shipping Costs for Returned Items
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items to us.
7. Damages and Lost Packages
In the event that your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
8. Additional Information
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
