All Rounder Boots Returns & Refund Policy

All Rounder Boots is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. We want to make the return or exchange process as easy and convenient as possible for you.
1. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Alan in the first instance on 0493 565 164. You may return boots that are non-soiled, still in unworn, brand new condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
Soiled or damaged products
Open or used products
Gift cards
To initiate a return, please contact Alan in the first instance on 0493 565 164. We will identify your concerns, help resolve the issue and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Alan immediately at allrounderqld@gmail.com or call 0493 565 164. We will arrange for the return of the product and issue you a full refund or replacement.
3. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size please contact Alan on allrounderqld@gmail.com or call 0493 565 164 so he can help you determine the correct boot size for you.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in compliance with our return policy. If the item is eligible for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you within 5-7 business days.
4. Refunds Policy
Once we have received your returned product and verified that it meets our return policy, we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price of the product. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
5. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. We will not refund the original shipping costs or pay for the return shipping costs.

We are confident in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
